Good Life Recovery is the Perfect Online Program to Support your Clients Leaving Treatment.

Keep your clients on the path to emotional freedom and a fulfilling life in recovery.

After leaving treatment, many clients, especially if they are busy professionals, don’t make the time or lack the interest to maintain quality recovery. Many aren’t drawn to traditional recovery programs or require more anonymity, so their sobriety suffers. Now, there’s a way for them to invest in their recovery from the comfort of their own home or office.

By taking a holistic and practical approach, our program complements treatment and addresses the impacts of addiction on the body, mind, heart, and soul.

With live calls, addiction & emotional sobriety lessons, professional facilitation, and community support, our program helps clients build a strong foundation in recovery.

Good Life Recovery has a proven record of success in helping clients get and stay sober, making it the perfect adjunct to ongoing therapy, outpatient, or 12-step programs.

It’s working! With my help, members of my Good Life Recovery Program stay sober when they couldn’t do it on their own.

This is a wonderful mix of community and learning that builds emotional sobriety in the members.

This is a way for your clients to get knowledge about addiction and tools for recovery all in one place. They get lessons emailed to them every other week and two live calls a month. All of this can be done at their own pace and from the comfort of their home.

And…most importantly, their progress in 12-step recovery or other forms of therapy will be enhanced.  Many of my clients are in this program and benefitting tremendously from doing both simultaneously.

Here’s What Members Have to Say about the Good Life Recovery Program:

“My participation in the year long sobriety group allowed me for the first time to decide to quit drinking and actually do it! I had no idea that I also would learn such an array of tools and ways of thinking about recovery that would connect meaningfully for me in terms of other goals I had: creating more balance in my life (for me that means more fun and less work though I love my career), initiating more frequently to get together with friends instead of mostly responding to their invites, continuing to work on a healthy lifestyle.” – H. S.

I have thoroughly enjoyed being a member of the Good Life Recovery membership group. The stress that I was feeling in the business environment, made some of my personal challenges feel larger and more overwhelming.

My experience with Sue was that of a supportive, yet no nonsense approach (which I appreciate), getting to the core of my issues and starting to break them down into more manageable pieces. What is significant in the process is bringing subconscious patterns to the forefront and examining them more closely. In my case, an addiction to success and achievement was an important insight which opened up a bigger picture around addiction that Sue helped me work on and it has made a real difference in my wellbeing.” – L. N.

“I am endlessly grateful for my 16 years of recovery from drugs and alcohol.

Although I have been sober a long while, there have been times when managing stress, processing emotions, and communicating can still be challenging. The Good Life Recovery program was appealing to me because of the opportunity to focus on emotional sobriety. The online lessons were interesting and comprehensive and helped me reflect on a much broader range of topics than I was before. I enjoyed both the discussions with other members and the new information (like on the brain for example). I believe I’ve made progress both in how I perceive myself and in the way I communicate.

I have more empathy for myself and other people too. My daily wellness is connected to the decisions I can take for granted every day. In one lesson I acknowledged how focused I was in certain areas of my life, but how other areas were not getting enough time or attention. I committed to a new hobby that has been rewarding and fun. I will continue to focus on emotional sobriety and remain very grateful for this program” – D. Z.

FAQ’s

No, in fact many members found that being a part of the good life community was what made them able to quit, once and for all. When clients are struggling, it is often because they cannot find the necessary support to get and stay sober. We provide that for them.

No, good life recovery is totally compatible with 12 step recovery, but it is not a prerequisite. More importantly, it provides a successful alternative for those who are opposed to attending 12 step recovery.

The lessons are emailed to each member every other week and are timed to last one year. Members can join annually, or they can attend month to month. It’s up to them. There is no obligation to stay for the entire year, although that will get them through the 5 stages of transformation. There are also live calls twice a month. It is a rich learning environment.

Yes, we have instituted a community program so members can continue to attend the live calls twice a month and maintain access to the secure membership site with all the lessons and archival material.
